HEO Academy offers fully furnished student housing just 5–10 minutes from campus for both out-of-state students and Arkansas students who live too far away for a practical daily commute.

Students who complete enrollment and funding early have the best opportunity to receive their preferred room type. We work hard to honor every student's housing preference, and final housing assignments are coordinated approximately one week before class begins.

Shared Living Expectations
Homes are cleaned before students move in. During your stay, students are responsible for keeping their rooms and shared spaces tidy and respecting everyone else living in the home.
Keep alcohol off the property during your stay.
Please make other arrangements for pets while attending training.
Smoking is permitted outside, but not inside student housing.
Visitors are welcome, but overnight stays are not permitted.
Help keep kitchens, bathrooms and common areas ready for everyone.
When enrollment allows, female students are housed together. Otherwise, private bedrooms are provided while common areas may be shared.
Getting Here & Getting Around
Whether you're flying in from across the country or driving from another part of Arkansas, we'll help make getting here as easy as possible.
Flying into Little Rock Airport (LIT)? We provide complimentary pickup and return transportation for students arriving by air. We can also arrange pickup from the Little Rock bus or train station.
Students are welcome to arrive up to three days before class begins to get settled into housing. After booking your trip, send Admissions a copy of your itinerary and keep us updated on travel day if delays or schedule changes affect your arrival time.
Need transportation during training? HEO Academy provides a student vehicle for grocery trips, errands and other local transportation. A valid driver's license is required.
