Heavy Equipment & Safety Training for Contractors

Train one employee or an entire crew with programs built around your equipment, workforce needs, schedule and jobsite expectations.

Training Built Around Your Workforce

Whether you need required safety training, equipment certification or a customized program for an entire crew, HEO Academy can build training around the work your employees actually perform.

Real Equipment Training

Employees train on real production equipment—not computer simulators—so the operating skills they develop transfer directly to the jobsite.

Customized Programs

Select the machines, safety topics and operating skills your workforce needs most.

Experienced Instructors

Training is led by professionals with extensive field, supervisory and heavy equipment experience.

Flexible Scheduling

Program length and scheduling can be adjusted based on crew size, training goals and availability.

On-Site Options

On-site training may be available for employers training ten or more employees.

Employment-Focused Skills

Programs can focus on safety, efficiency, production, equipment inspections and crew coordination.
